Volunteer & Mobilize

87% of Americans support term limits — but popular support alone won’t change the Constitution. Every successful reform in American history had one thing in common: organized, persistent people who refused to let the idea fade.

That’s where you come in.

Volunteers are the engine behind Term Limits for a Stronger America. When you take action, you help break decades-long gridlock and push for the one reform Congress will never pass on its own: term limits for itself.

Together, we can restore accountability, open the doors to new leaders, and rebuild a government that serves the people — not careers, parties, or special interests.

What Volunteers Do

  • Spread the Word

  • Mobilize Your Community

  • Organize Promise Signers

Where We Need Your Help Most

We’re currently organizing volunteers in seven key states where grassroots pressure can make the biggest impact on passing term limits.

If you live in or near one of these states — or know someone who does — your voice is especially powerful:

  • Arizona

  • Georgia

  • Arkansas

  • Kentucky

  • Mississippi

  • Nebraska

  • Utah

If you’re not — you can still join our national volunteer team and help with digital outreach, calling, texting, and mobilizing supporters where it matters most.

Why these states?

Each of them is positioned to advance term-limits legislation in the next session. Local supporters help us:

  • Build district-level pressure

  • Organize petition drives

  • Contact state legislators

  • Recruit additional volunteers

  • Share updates and voter education materials

Mobilize the movement

  • Spread the Word

Share updates, infographics, and petitions online to grow our movement in every state.

  • Mobilize Your Community

Help recruit supporters, engage neighbors, and connect with local organizations who care about reform.

  • Organize Promise Signers

Volunteers help bring Americans into the “Promise List” — the group of supporters who pledge to fight for term limits and provide the zip-code data we need to target state-level advocacy.
